Not a complete demo? We handle pre renovation demolition also. No job is too small. Flooring and tile removal, removal of drywall, insulation, fireplace brick, old venting and ducting, pipes and wiring, roofing and trusses, concrete, asphalt. The list goes on and on. 

We recycle and source-separate as much of your materials as possible to lower your landfill costs and help reduce non-usable waste. With  crews available 7 days a week, working shifts, we are able to complete our projects faster than our competitors, giving you more flexibility in your planning.

We carry 2 million dollar Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, per occurrence, specifically insured for demolition, abatement, clean-up and disposal and of course are covered by WorkSafeB.C. 5 & 10 million dollar policy extensions are available on a per job basis when needed. 

We can handle everything from start to finish, including Environmental assessments required by the city to check for Asbestos, lead and other hazardous materials.
